Arachidonic Acid, abbreviated to AA, is 5,8,11,14-Eicosateraenoic Acid. It is a kind of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid (PUFA), which is most abundant,active and necessary in human body. AA is extracted from a kind of fungus, and can be added into various children�s food as a nutrient enrichment.
